Do you offer home visits and demos?
Depending on the product we can offer home visits. For example, we can visit with mobility scooters, powerchairs and manual wheelchairs and can offer a measurement/assessment for rise and recline chairs although we always recommend that the user tries the chair if possible.Do you hire out equipment i.e. wheelchairs or scooters for short term use?
Yes, we can hire out manual self propel wheelchairs or mobility scooters via our rental scheme. Minimum hire charge is based on 3 day hire. Wheelchair hire starts at £10.00 per day and scooter hire £20.00 per day.I am the manager of a nursing home and need several of the same products. Do you sell products in bulk with discounts?
Yes, we have done this previously for various care/nursing homes and other organizations. We would be more than happy to provide a quotation.Do you offer delivery and if so what are the costs involved?
Yes, we offer free delivery within “G” postcodes. Outwith this postcode area there is a variable delivery charge depending on postcode area.How long does delivery take?
This depends on whether we have the product in stock or whether we have to order in from our suppliers.

Yes we do, please just contact
the showroom where our staff would be more than happy to take your details and send a copy out to you.
No, we don’t offer finance or HP. We offer either a cash purchase or scooters and powered wheelchairs are available on the Motability Scheme.Our local MS centre has told us that there is a grant scheme available. Do you know anything about this?
Yes, the MS Society is able to provide grants towards the cost of items that you may need as a result of your MS, if there is no health or social services funding available. If you have more than £16,000 in saving then unfortunately no grant will be available. If you have more than £8,000 in savings, the MS Society will ask you to make a contribution. It depends on the scooter or powered wheelchair as the costs vary per product.Do you buy used products to sell on?
No, we tend not to buy second hand products. We sell mainly new although we may accept the occasional trade in depending on the condition of the scooter/powered wheelchair.How does the Motability Scheme work?
