Do You Offer Home Visits and Demonstrations?
We offer free home demonstrations throughout mainland Scotland, North of England, East Midlands and West Midlands for powered products (including mobility scooters, powerchairs and electric rise and recliners). We also offer home assessments for chairs and beds.

I am the Manager of a Nursing Home and Need Several of the Same Products. Do You Sell Products in Bulk with Discounts?
Yes, we have done this previously for various care/nursing homes and other organisations. We would be more than happy to provide a quotation. Get in touch with us via our Contact Us page.
Do You Offer Delivery and if so, What Are the Costs Involved?
Home delivery is completely free for orders over £90 and on powered products, including rise and recline chairs, beds, scooters and powerchairs. Offshore orders (including the Scottish Highlands and islands) will incur extra delivery charges which the purchaser will be notified of and required to pay in full before an order is dispatched. How Long Does Delivery Take?
Usually, you’ll receive your order between three and five working days, but some deliveries can take up to 14 days depending on the product you purchase and where you live in the UK.

Can You Tell Me If You Have A Printed Catalogue/Brochure That You Can Send Out?
Yes, we do. You can request a brochure online and we’ll be happy to send you your own copy or you can also view a digital version online.
Do You Offer Financing On Your Products?

Our Local MS Centre Has Told Us That There is a Grant Scheme Available. Do Have More Information?
Yes, the MS Society can provide grants towards the cost of items that you may need as a result of your MS if there are no health or social services funding available to you. If you have more than £16,000 in saving then, unfortunately, no grant will be available. If you have more than £8,000 in savings, the MS Society will ask you to make a contribution. Other terms and conditions may apply.

How Much of My DLA Can Go On Products?
It depends on the scooter or power as the costs vary per product.
Do You Buy Used Products To Sell On?
No, we tend not to buy second-hand products. We sell mainly new although we may accept the occasional trade-in depending on the condition of the scooter/powered wheelchair.
How Does the Motability Scheme Work?

Do You Offer Repairs and Maintenance?
Yes, we can offer a repair and maintenance service for scooters, powerchairs and manual wheelchairs. If your scooter is being repaired with us, where possible, we’ll provide you with a courtesy scooter so you can keep your independence.
