We appreciate that if you have a requirement for a mobility product you may have issues travelling to us instore but you still want to try out the product before you make a significant investment to ensure it’s right for you, your home and your needs. That’s why so many of our customers choose a free home demonstration. We will conduct a full telephone consultation with you or a nominated person before visiting, meaning we know what products to bring to meet your needs.
When we arrive at your home we will have a handful of powered products for you to try out and feedback to us on. If you’re lucky enough to find your product match then and there we will complete the necessary paperwork with you, explain your payment options and get your order moving – just like you will be when your new powered product arrives!
2. We Want to Hear From You Again and Again
We think it’s important that after you leave our stores with your new product or have it delivered that you know you can call on us anytime with any issues or questions. Your mobility specialist will explain to you in detail the specifications and user instructions, ensuring you are 100% comfortable with your new living aid. For your peace of mind, most of our larger powered items have faulty or defective parts covered under the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty. Full details of this will be given at the time of purchase and our support team will visit you at home to undertake any necessary repairs covered under the warranty guarantee*.
Our customer support team is always on hand to help address any operating or technical queries you may have. What’s more, we even offer a courtesy replacement service on larger items, like scooters and powerchairs, ensuring continuous mobility for you, even in the unlikely event that you experience an unexpected breakdown*. Now that’s something you certainly don’t get everywhere.
If you do fancy additional insurance on your product to extend beyond the manufacturer warranty period we can help with that too! We have teamed up with Fish Insurance to offer more peace of mind when you invest in a powered product. Should anything go wrong with your mobility scooter or powered wheelchair, additional cover can offer the protection you need to prevent any expensive repair bills.

3. We Will Support from Beginning to End
With there being so many different needs to meet in the mobility industry there are also very many different products with the aim of meeting these needs and improving lives. It’s of the utmost importance to us that our staff have expert knowledge of what’s available, the specifications and how to really help people in their day to day lives.
That’s why our team receive one to one training from our suppliers, attend industry events where the newest and best products are exhibited and continue to refine the product offering by discontinuing products that are now inferior and introducing those that have the latest technologies.
This expert team is available to all of our customers, whether you wish to consult them face to face instore, by phone, by email, through social media or telegram. Our aim is to find the correct product to meet your needs and to make your life easier.
4. We Help You Pay
Buying a new powered product is a big investment, whether you need a scooter, powerchair or rise and recliner it can be an expensive time. We understand that and that’s why we want to make payment as stress and worry-free as possible. We offer many options and our expert staff will talk you through all of them to make sure you are looked after financially!
You may already know that you are eligible for funding through the Motability Scheme – great, we’ll make sure you have the right details to get things moving with your application.
If funding isn’t available there is no need to worry, we can help you arrange finance, a popular option that removes the need to save up the amount needed, you can decide whether you want to buy now and pay later or if you would prefer a hire purchase agreement.
If you only require the use of a mobility aid for a short or intermittent period you could also consider rental. We keep a great stock or wheelchairs, stairclimbers and scooters for hire from as little as £10 per day.

Mobility Solutions has a superstore in Glasgow. The welcoming store, which spans two floors lets you try out all of the mobility products we are so passionate about. We also have a wide selection of smaller daily living aids that are vital to many peoples everyday comfort. Instore, our expert staff are happy to help whether you’re looking for an adjustable bed, reclining chair or rollator. You’ll find all of the product ranges we offer her.
Complimenting the Glasgow store, also in the west of Scotland, is a concession in the Clyde Valley, located in Dobbie’s garden centre in Carluke this smaller outlet offers you the core of our range alongside, the same expert staff and service.

7. We Don’t Leave a Mess
Last but not least you can rest assured that when we do deliver your new product to you, we won’t dump it in the hallway and leave. Instead, we will take the time to unpack your products, remove all packaging, set it up, demonstrate how it works and most importantly make sure you are confident with using the new item.
Delivery is free on orders over £90 and we will work with you to be flexible and ensure the delivery day and time suits you. We will leave you with nothing but your new product, a completed handover sheet and the user manual – taking away all packaging to recycle where possible.
