We are delighted to announce that, in line with government guidelines, we are now able to re-open our Mobility Solutions store.

We had to make the unfortunate decision to temporarily close our mobility stores on 23rd March and we firstly wish to take this opportunity to apologise to our customers. We know that suspending our services – including any scheduled appointments, home demonstrations and fittings – may have caused an inconvenience to you and we’d like to send a sincere thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time.

Safety First

As the health and safety of our customers and staff is paramount, we’ve made some changes to the way we operate. With this in mind, we’ve set out some guidelines below and look forward to seeing you in-store, whenever you feel comfortable getting out and about.

Whether you’re looking for a wheelchair for sale, mobility scooter, rise & recline chair or any of the other items from our huge range of daily living aids, our expert staff will be on hand to help you.

We’ll be open from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Satruday and will initially be offering access to the shop by appointment, with a maximum of two parties in-store at any one time. This allows us to dedicate our time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. An appointment can be arranged by calling 0141 336 1111, filling out our online contact form here or sending us an email.

Note you may come to the store without an appointment booked but may have to wait outside if there are already others shopping. As visitors to the showroom are usually with us for between 30 and 90 minutes, we would strongly advise that you arrange an appointment before you arrive, if at all possible.

Dedicated Time for You

When you arrive at the store you’ll be greeted by a member of our sales team, who you will notice will be wearing protective equipment, including a disposable mask and gloves. We would kindly ask that you apply the hand sanitiser available when you arrive. If you are not already wearing a face mask and protective gloves, you will be given these for use, free of charge, before you begin shopping.

As in any shopping environment nowadays, please refrain from touching your face for the duration of your time in-store. We would also ask that you arrive for your appointment in a maximum party of two people unless two carers are required. We will only be able to allow assistance dogs into the shop at this time.

Please do not visit the store if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

  • Continuous cough
  • High temperature
  • Loss of taste or smell

If you are experiencing symptoms, you’re self-isolating or shielding or your simply not comfortable yet going out to a shop, please note that you can order our products online or by telephone.

Social Distancing

We’ve set out a one-way system around our mobility shop for you to follow during your visit. Please keep a safe space of at least two metres (six feet) between yourself, our mobility advisors and other shoppers.

For hygiene purposes, we would also ask you to refrain from trying any of our products or picking up items and returning them to the shelves. If you would like to have a closer look at anything, just let our team know and they will be happy to assist you. We have reduced the number of items that we currently have on display, including removing our shoe department from the showroom for the time being. We would encourage you to consider ordering small items such as footwear and smaller daily living aids by calling us on the number at the top of this page or visiting our online shop where possible.

Finally, please avoid close contact with our store counters and shop staff when making a purchase and use contactless payment via card or mobile phone wherever possible during transactions.

We hope that you can understand and respect the extra measures we have put in place in order to ensure your safety and ours. We hugely look forward to welcoming you back and helping you find a mobility product that will make your life easier
