We’ve made some important changes, so we can carry on providing the same friendly service that we always have, which will allow you to browse safely and speak to our expert team while we monitor visitor levels and maintain social distancing. This is why we’re offering an in-store appointment system.

Appointment System

We stock a wide range of power chairs, wheelchairs, daily living aids and rise & recline chair in our store so you can come in and try them out for yourself. If you’re interested in popping in to have a look around, please call the number at the top of the page, or send us your details below and we’ll get in touch with you to arrange a date and time that works for you. The length of time that customers spend in our shop varies from 30 to 90 minutes so please note that if you turn up without an appointment you may have wait outside for that length of time.

Your Visit

When you arrive at your designated appointment slot, you will be greeted by a member of staff who will already be wearing a face mask and gloves. You’ll be asked to use the hand sanitiser provided and put on a face mask and gloves (These can be provided if you do not have your own). You are then free to begin your shopping in-store.

Along with wearing PPE, we also ask that you keep to social distancing rules and stay at least 2 metres away from any members of staff or other households. We’re also asking that you do not try on any products or pick up items and return them to the shelf. If you’re interested in a specific product, our sales staff can help. If you decide against the product, it can then be sanitised and put back on the shelf.

The New Normal – Other Changes Within our Store

The safety of our staff and customers is at the forefront of our decisions and we’re doing everything we can to continue helping those in need of one of our products throughout this pandemic. Like many other stores, we have taken up additional measures to ensure staff and customers stay protected. As well as our new appointment system, we’ve made some other important changes:

  • A maximum of two households in the shop at any one time
  • Closure of shoe department and trying on shoes and slippers has been suspended for the moment
  • Contactless and card payment preferred

Staying safe

These measures have of course, been put in place to protect everyone. Please do not come to our store if you have a continuous cough, high temperature or loss of taste or smell. If you cannot leave your home, you can shop online or give us a call and we can help find the product you require. We also provide a free home demo service on all powered products throughout Scotland.
