A Message to Our Customers
In line with our social responsibility and following government advice, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our main onsite operations from Tuesday 24th March until further notice.
While we have done everything we can to continue to operate fully, the health and safety of our customers, colleagues and the wider community is our top priority.
What does this mean for you?
Although we are currently unable to offer our normal service in-store, you can still shop our huge selection of mobility and daily living aids online.
As normal, delivery is available throughout the UK. Please note that, due to current government restrictions, delivery time for some products has been extended up to 14 working days. We will of course try to get your purchase to you as soon as we possibly can and we apologise in advance if this does take a little longer than usual.

We hope you can understand the reasons underpinning this decision, as we try to mitigate risk by supporting the nationwide response and seek to avoid all unnecessary personal contact.
