Given the current situation, we wanted to take the time to update you on the actions we are taking to keep Mobility Solutions stores and deliveries safe for our customers and mobility specialists.

The wellbeing of our customers and teams remains our number one priority and we recognise that in our customer base many of you are within the higher risk categories. We want to reassure you that in line with the guidance from Health Protection Scotland we have put in place several measures ensuring our stores are as clean and hygienic as possible for you to visit and the same applies for our home deliveries and demonstrations.

Hygiene is Critical
Health authorities have been clear that maintaining good hygiene is absolutely critical. We have stepped up store cleansing, taking care to focus on higher risk areas such as demonstration products and customer care desks. Our mobility technicians and delivery teams are also following strict hygiene processes to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

We’re Here to Help
Our team remains vigilant and is happy to provide any additional support should you need it. Whether you want to speak to us over the phone rather than visit us in-store or you want us to clean a demonstration product before you give it a go – we can help. Community Comes First
We want to provide you with the same great service you are used to, our stores remain open but we will ask you if visiting us instore to take the same level of care we are and to make use of the sanitisation efforts we have put in place.
