To help you feel at ease when you come in to visit, we thought we’d let you get to know a little more about the people you’ll meet! Here’s our five minute interview with Sales Technician Tom from our Glasgow Superstore…
Hi Tom, where are you from?
I’m from Hamilton.
What’s your role with Mobility Solutions?
I’m based at the Glasgow superstore but can sometimes be found at our Dobbies shop in the Clyde Valley too. I have a range of duties including handling Motability RSA and PWS claims, ordering parts, organising repairs, liaising with customers, coordinating deliveries and returns and shop sales.

I’ve been with the company since 2013.
What do you enjoy about your job?
It’s an ever-changing role so there’s never a dull day! I find helping get customers mobile again after an issue really rewarding.
Anything else you’d like to add?
All staff in the shop are very friendly, approachable and work hard to ensure the best and most accurate advice is passed on to the customers,
