What to Expect
- Our product expert will meet you at your home and show you their identification. They will then talk you through different products and features.
- As everyone has different heights and builds, our product expert will adjust the product to suit you.
- Our product expert will show you how each product works to make sure you are confident before your test drive.
- On your test drive, you will have the opportunity to test the product both in and around the house, and outside on what would be comparable to a normal journey, where appropriate.
- If you are looking at a made-to-measure custom power wheelchair, measurements will be taken on the day to ensure the product arrives tailored for your maximum comfort.

What to Expect
Choosing the right furniture for your home can be overwhelming, especially when you have to accommodate specialist needs, such as with a homecare bed or made-to-measure recliner chair. That’s why our home assessment service is designed to make the selection process easier for you.

Do you offer free home demonstrations?
We offer free home demonstrations* for mobility scooters and powerchairs as well as free home assessments on chairs and beds.
*Our Free Home Demonstration are not available on wheelchairs under £700.
This service is currently available throughout the UK Mainland.
How long will the demonstration take?
A typical home demonstration takes around 1-2 hours but there’s no pressure, and we will stay with you as long as required.
When can I expect to hear from you?
After your initial enquiry, a mobility specialist will call you within one working business day to arrange a demonstration date and time to suit you.
Do you offer delivery and how much does it cost?
Any powered product purchased will be delivered and installed free of charge. This will also include a demonstration of your new product.
