2020 has been an interesting year, in ways we never imagined. It’s a year many spent more time in their pyjamas than jeans, where we queued in the rain to buy the essentials and where friendships were gained when communities came together to help each other out. It was also a year, however, where many lost loved ones and couldn’t say goodbye, where jobs were lost and millions were isolated from their families, and still are.
A Thanks from the Team
We, along with thousands of shops across the UK, closed our doors on the 23rd of March truly believing we’d be back open in a matter of weeks helping to get people moving again. We didn’t open back up again until 2nd June, and since then, our Mobility Solutions store has been operating very differently, from our in-store appointment to one-way systems, social distancing and of course our hygiene vigilant team.
We would like to thank all our customers who made an order or booked an in-store appointment to make a purchase. It has been greatly appreciated and we hope that all the products bought this year have made lives even just a little better and easier. We are so thankful to our wonderful customers for their patience and kind words as we worked through, and continue to work through the unknown.
