Congratulations to Mrs Janet Campbell from Riggend in North Lanarkshire who is the winner of our Mobility Solutions prize draw!
She entered our competition when visiting our Glasgow superstore earlier in the year.
Delighted
Mrs Campbell was brought into the shop by her daughter Lynne to collect her prize from Mobility Solutions sales assistants Alan and Saffron.
When asked how she felt on hearing the news she said: “A mixture of shock and delight, I couldn’t quite believe it!”
Mrs Campbell also expressed how much she had enjoyed her previous experiences in the Mobility Solutions store, she commented: “They are a very friendly team and Sarah, who I dealt with on my last visit, couldn’t be more helpful. She is very knowledgeable about the products on offer and was more than happy to answer any questions I had.”
Nice Little Perks
Saffron from Mobility Solutions store was one of the members of staff on hand to give Mrs Campbell her cheque on the day.
She said: “It’s great to see the smile on the winner’s face when they come in to collect their prize.
She continued: “It was also nice to hear Mrs Campbell say good things about the staff in the shop as well. It’s a rewarding feeling when someone says these things as we try and be as helpful as possible to customers and it’s nice to know it’s appreciated.”
