There are only a few days to go until the Mobility Solutions National Pairs Wheelchair Curling competition, where 16 teams from across the country will compete for the title at Curl Braehead.
Clinch the top spot
This hotly contested wheelchair curling event will take place over two days on 21st and 22nd November, with last year’s runners-up Paul Webster and Angela Higson hoping to clinch the top spot this time around.
Paul – who is Chairman of the Scottish Wheelchair Curling Association – and Angela stopped by the Mobility Solutions Glasgow superstore this week. Joining them were Competitions Convener Ian Archer, and fellow competitors Gordon Rainey and Bill Masterton.

They were met by staff member Sarah Flanagan, who showed them around the shop and took them through the range of products and services we provide. Paul said:

No ticket is required
Sixteen pairs will compete in the Mobility Solutions National Pairs Competition this weekend. The competing teams come from the various clubs around Scotland, plus England’s only Wheelchair Curling club – Northern Ice, based in Newcastle. Spectator entry is completely free, simply go along on the day.
