With our free home demonstrations available throughout Scotland*, we make sure that your new mobility product is suited to your daily needs and home. Our specialist advice can also help you find funding options available to you, including the Motability Scheme for scooters and powered wheelchairs. Once you’ve booked a free home demo, our mobility experts will contact you. On the day of the demonstration, our trained Mobility Solutions specialist will talk you through the range of functions for the mobility product requested and address any questions you may have.
This is a no-obligation free home demonstration, and our team will be on hand if you have any questions or would like to go ahead with your new mobility aid.
Home Delivery, Assembly & Support:
We provide flexible delivery times, set-up and installation within the comfort of your home. You will also be provided with a complete hand-over sheet as well as a product manual for reference. We will also remove all packaging from your new mobility products and take them away, so you don’t have to deal with the bits and boxes!
Customer Service:
We offer a no-quibble returns policy on new (unused items) while our warranty* and repairs policy takes care of things for the first 12 months after your purchase. Once you’ve bought from us, we won’t ever forget about you! Our customer support team is always on hand to address any operational or other technical questions you may have. We also offer a courtesy replacement service*** on larger items like scooters and power chairs, so that you’re always covered!
