Mobility Solutions is delighted to have signed up to the new smartphone app, Assist-Mi, which offers wheelchair users improved accessibility when accessing a range of everyday goods and services.
Assist-Mi is free and available for anyone to download. With the touch of a button you can request assistance before arriving at your destination, covering various locations such as retailers, offices, hotels and petrol stations.
Wheelchair Assistance
The new service offered by Mobility Solutions will allow visitors to alert staff in store in advance if assistance is needed when coming into the showroom. Whether it’s for help getting in and out of your car, providing wheelchair assistance or if there’s any other requirements needed for your visit.
Michael Facenna, store manager of Mobility Solutions says: “It’s great to be working with Assist-Mi. Our customers, whether they’re in a wheelchair or have mobility issues, can be confident in knowing that at the touch of a button a member of staff will be on hand to help with any access requirements they may have.”
This free app is available for all smartphones and can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play.
